About Portside
Portside is a local family owned and operated business with deep roots in the communities we serve. We strive to provide a multitude of services & solutions helping our clients streamline their property maintenance and care. At Portside, we began our journey 35 years ago doing property maintenance for local neighbors as a small side business as a kid. Driven by a passion for design, Todd gained a design degree from Chamberlin School of design in Boston & Kiera earned her degree in business administration from USM. After a combined 20 plus years in corporate America, both Kiera and Todd took their talents in finance & design and formed a full-time landscape & property management company. What started as a weekend hobby quickly blossomed into something much larger—thanks to the trust and support of our clients, our expertise, and a shared love for transforming outdoor spaces.
Today, we are a full-service landscaping, property management and design company, proudly operating year-round with a dedicated team of skilled professionals. Our growth reflects the commitment we have to providing exceptional service and results that exceed expectations. From off season house checks, weekly landscape maintenance, residential painting, to new construction landscape design and builds Portside handles it. We pride ourselves on time management, client communication and meeting expectations.
From initial consultations to the final touches, we work closely with each client to bring their vision to life. Whether it’s a stunning garden design, regular weekly maintenance, a functional outdoor living space, or a complete landscape overhaul, we bring creativity, quality, and attention to detail to every project.
